Rescued Dogs Available for Adoption

These are dogs that, for various reasons, have been abandoned or unwanted. We get them updated on all vaccines, heartworm tested and started on Interceptor Heartworm prevention and have them spayed or neutered. We then obedience train them and evaluate their temperament to determine their comfort level with children, cats, and other dogs. We socialize with them in the home and attempt to do any necessary housebreaking and crate training. We try to make them as adoptable as possible. We have limited space for these pets and always need loving homes where these dogs can grow old in a family. There is a contract and application process to determine the best situation for each dog and family. Adoption fees vary and are only to help offset the veterinary expense. We do not make any profit from these animals. We do not accept homes where dogs are tied out or allowed to run free outside of a fenced property.
