Excellent training program with visible, verifiable results in dog behavior. The training facility is very well maintained with AC and both indoor and outdoor kennels for dogs. The trainer is a very calm, patient, dog loving person. Great communication before during and after the training with an extensive session at the end of the program to demonstrate dog following the learned commands and to train the handler. Highly recommended !

Jennifer is an amazing trainer! Over a long period of time, she has trained two dogs, through the boarding program, for our family. Fast forward 15yrs and neither dog ever lost the training she put in them. We'll be bringing our newest rescue dog to her soon once we get her completely healthy. We've already had an in-depth conversation about our rescue dog and her fears, energy, and quirks and, true to Jennifer's empathy and desire to meet each dog where they are, she's already talking about how she will approach her training. Jennifer is the dog whisperer of NC! I was at my wit's end with my rescue hound pup, and getting completely overwhelmed. After 1 session with us over the holidays she had trained my pup in 3 new commands, including heel! But the most valuable part of the session is what she teaches the human, not the dog. She showed me several different, simple, and easy ways to help establish "alpha" status, while not scaring my pup, and building up his sense of confidence and security. Most of his puppy behavior problems all but disappeared shortly after implementing what she taught us. If you're looking for a dog whisperer, and are willing to listen to what she teaches you, this is definitely the route to go!
